Key Responsibilities Own Growth Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for merchant retention, activation, and engagement across all BukuWarung products Build Experimentation Culture: Establish A/B testing frameworks, define experiment roadmaps, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making Drive User Experience Improvements: Identify friction points in merchant journeys and prioritize UX improvements with measurable impact Define Success Metrics: Establish and own growth KPIs including retention rate, activation rate, and user engagement metrics Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data, Marketing, and Business teams to align growth initiatives with company goals User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, retention, or user engagement Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C) in SEA markets Proven track record of running A/B tests and experiments with measurable business impact Strong analytical skills — comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven prioritization Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal tools) Ability to work autonomously — define own roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution with minimal direction Excellent communication skills — can influence stakeholders and present to leadership Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights Experience in agile methodologies
