POSITION SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead high-impact AI Energy product initiatives. In this role, you will set the product direction and strategy, oversee roadmaps for products, and drive innovation. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering NextEra Analytics’ product vision, acting as the interface between the business and development teams, to deliver AI driven products that define the future of renewable energy.

    The estimated base pay for this position is $118,400.00 to $177,600.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
  • Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
