REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3–5+ years of product management experience and 10+ years in program operations.
- Product Management Certification: Required (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, Product School).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies, ServiceNow, and project lifecycle management.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate across teams, mentor others, and drive a product-first mindset.
- Enterprise Experience: Background working in medium-to-large organizations with structured product management cultures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AI/ML Experience: Exposure to AI/ML-based product development.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud-based technologies.
- Aha.io Experience: Familiarity with Aha.io for product roadmapping.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive key product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance product performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, with experience working in enterprise environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve product maturity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance products.
- Identify new customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives related to enrollment, claims, reporting, and lean portfolio management.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Oversee implementation processes, including equipment ordering, installation, and feature development.
