Job Description Responsibilities: Gather customer insights through visits and feedback, and translate them into effective campaigns. Identify business opportunities in a dynamic and complex environment. Develop and deliver impactful HCP education content in collaboration with internal teams. Design campaigns aligned with overall strategy. Manage and execute marketing campaigns efficiently with smart budget planning. Support the development of brand and tactical plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medicine or pharmacy preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or medical affairs. Experience in breast cancer or related oncology areas is highly preferred. Proven track record in designing and implementing promotional campaigns. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong team player. Passionate, self-motivated, and skilled in KOL management. Excellent oral and written communication in English. High compliance awareness and integrity.
