Description
Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. Lead the end-to-end development of new APM solutions, from idea to launch. Use market insights and customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with engineers, designers, compliance, and sales to deliver world-class payment experiences. Partner with banks, fintechs, and payment networks to drive global integrations. Track performance, manage risks, and continuously improve products that scale globally. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Product management experience in payment processing, merchant services, or related areas. Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, APIs, and integrations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and bring products to market. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator who can work across technical and business teams. Passion for building products that put customers first.
