Job Description

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Product Manager (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to:

  • Support Virtual Account products including Visa Payables Automation.
  • Combine successful product development with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills.
  • Responsible for supporting end-to-end product management, including market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, product design and development, release planning, and customer enablement of Visa Payables Automation across a wide range of workstreams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product.
  • Develop understanding of Virtual Account platforms, ensuring change to the platforms are executed on time and budget, and that Issuer and client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed.
  • 10% domestic travel required.
  • Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field and 6 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.
  • Process orientation and understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Implementing and assessing the operational impact of changes to processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of APIs.
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word)

Additional Information
Worksite: Austin, TX
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: 10% domestic travel required.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
