In this role, you will redefine merchandising by blending data science, AI-driven insights, and next-generation visualization systems with the craftsmanship of jewelry design. You will oversee the entire merchandising lifecycle, from design selection through catalog enrichment, pricing, and database integration. Your work will ensure that our product experience meets the high standards expected by luxury buyers, impacting both supplier collaborations and buyer engagements. Curate luxury product assortments, leveraging data to align with customer demand and seasonal trends. Ensure catalog assets meet the highest standards of quality and design. Partner with the CAD Creation team for technical file management. Define the CAD data entry process and manage pricing inputs. Lead the rendering process for high-quality images. Own catalog enrichment and implement taxonomy mapping. Collaborate with suppliers for a dynamic product assortment. Track performance metrics and adjust merchandising strategies based on data insights. Create competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Ensure catalog accuracy and detail consistency across platforms. Audit images and entries to uphold luxury standards. Curate engaging promotions and assortments. Build dashboards for demand forecasting and trend identification. Integrate AI tools for catalog management and image processing. Drive the automation of catalog workflows for scalability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in merchandising or product growth in luxury retail or B2B platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with image processing and AI-driven design tools. Knowledge of e-commerce systems and product information management. Understanding of luxury buyer behavior and marketplace dynamics. Proven ability to scale merchandising strategies in fast-paced environments. Strategic thinker with a blend of creative merchandising and technical analytics.
