We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of our identity, login, and security experiences cross web and mobile channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the consumer centric industries, possesses strong leadership abilities, and can effectively translate customer needs into successful digital products.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for identity, login, and security; including defining the product vision, positioning, and target market.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that supports our broader security experience objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fraud, security, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful execution.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Agile Development: Champion an agile development methodology, collaborating closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features in iterative cycles. Drive efficient and effective development processes, ensuring timely releases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and sales teams, to gather input, gain buy-in, and align product strategies with broader organizational goals. Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Analyze user metrics, engagement data, and feedback to iterate and enhance digital products continuously.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the digital space. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to product management teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
