Your responsibilities will Include: Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager. Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room. Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered). Prior exposure to operating room or hospital environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities
