Description
Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors). Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager. With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc). Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff. Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools. Degree holder preferably in medical-related field At least 5 years in the medical industry, preferably in medical devices Must be fluent in English and Malay languages, other languages is an added advantage. Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driving license and own a car. A team player and able to work harmoniously with all BSC employees.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing existing customers and acquiring new ones in the assigned territory while developing the market for existing and new products. Additionally, the specialist will provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in cathlabs.
