Description
As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network. In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the BA business, ensuring that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will report directly to the Sr Supply Planning Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Lugoj, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule (3 +2).  Responsabilities: * Analyze and communicate the feasibility of producing requested quantities, considering material availability and production capacity, while preparing and confirming the production plan. * Monitor the execution of the production plan and actively contribute to achieving performance indicators. * Analyze the possibility of recovering delayed customer orders and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the Quality department. * Run the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) and report specific performance indicators such as OTTR and OTFP. * Investigate nonconformities generated by the management system and prepare necessary documentation as required by the company. * Maintain ongoing communication with relevant departments to ensure efficiency in operations. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or company management, including any required training. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field within a manufacturing environment. * Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/ERP systems. * Proficient in English and data analytics tools such as (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
