Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement. Responsible for PCBA process output and quality yield; need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control. Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up. Plan and coordinate CIP projects General knowledge about PCBA process and testing. Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage. Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution. Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result. Responsible for component issue handling, including PCB. Basic circuit troubleshooting and analysis is a plus. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process or related fields would be a plus. Language Skills: English, Mandarin Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing PCBA process output, quality yield, and coordinating cross-functional teams for model ramp-ups. It also involves leading failure analysis, executing CAPA, and overseeing component issue handling.
