Sr Professional/Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Description
The Sr. Professional/AR Manager is recognized as an expert in own function within the organization and can be responsible for managing a team and the overall review of an accounts receivable portfolio. This could include, extensive troubleshooting and reconciliation of complex accounts receivable data. This position supports collections activity. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES

  • Leads within the scope of the Corporate Order to Cash function including Contract Onboarding, Revenue Assurance, Billing, AR Accounting, Credit and Collections, with knowledge, support and influence across the full E2E process.
  • Oversees complex, large or difficult analysis projects and business/Accounting issues. Come up with new ideas to streamline processes.
  • Ability to drive projects to closure with clear and established timelines to achieve organizational goals
  • Demonstrates ability to use experience and new ideas to generate solutions with both immediate and long term view
  • Proven ability to consolidate reporting to provide high level overview to Sr. leadership team
  • Ability to anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to enable implementation of new ideas
  • Skilled at influencing cross functional teams thru effective communication
  • Proven leadership skills to bring functional teams together to drive change and implement process improvement
  • Ability to access team strengths, develop talent and manage a global team and global stake holders
  • Works across functional teams and leverages established networks
  • Supports and influences global stake holders
