QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple countries in EMEA for 2+ years
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and any other language a plus: Dutch, German, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, French

Responsibilities

Based in our Amsterdam office, as the Total Rewards Specialist you will be directly involved in the development and execution of our compensation & benefits strategy in EMEA. You will work closely with the Global Total Rewards team, directly developing and executing policies, handbooks and standard operating procedures. This position is critical to the success of the EMEA HR Operations and payroll teams in delivering an exceptional teammate experience. This is a six-month, fixed term contract.
