Description
As a Sr Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary authority of Classification. You will develop and implement classification policies and guidance at the enterprise level as well as oversee personnel in the uniform application of these policies and implementations. You will lead projects, including the coordination of activities and personnel, and work with other sites across the DOE complex to develop useful and meaningful guidance on a variety of classified technical subjects. You will have oversight for all classification projects at the location and work under administrative direction with considerable latitude for autonomous actions or decisions. In this role, you will impact the development and support of our employees, helping them perform at their best and drive change across the company. You will help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
