ACE Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-234, the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Program Office at NAVAIR. This role focuses on delivering programmatic and technical expertise across Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and Science & Technology (S&T) initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level program analysis and acquisition support for PMA-234 EW programs including ALQ-99, Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB), and Low-Band (NGJ-LB) Lead integration and tracking of S&T efforts aligned with PMA-234’s future capability roadmap Develop and manage acquisition documentation including: Acquisition Plans (APs) Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASRs) Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) Funding profiles and spend plans Coordinate with fleet, government, industry, and S&T stakeholders to ensure program alignment and milestone execution Conduct risk assessments, performance tracking, and budget analysis Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and decision support materials Requirements Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience Active Top Secret security clearance Deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes and NAVAIR program structures Demonstrated experience with Electronic Warfare systems and airborne platforms Proficiency in MS Office and NAVAIR acquisition tools (e.g., AMS, RDAIS) Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Prior support to PMA-234 or other NAVAIR EW programs Familiarity with NGJ, ALQ-99, or other AEA systems Experience with ONR, DARPA, or other S&T organizations ACE Consulting Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability/Veterans.
