The Senior Program Consultant will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering the implementation of the Honeywell Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) solution to our utility clients across all market sectors, with a particular focus on large or “Tier 1” projects. In this consultative position, you will not only manage project delivery but also provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. As the primary point of contact and representative of Honeywell for AMI projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of each project in accordance with contractual terms while prioritizing customer satisfaction and business objectives. In this role, you will work with a diverse team of project managers, coordinators, and supporting roles, tailored to the size and complexity of each project. You will conduct comprehensive reviews of project statuses, manage budgets effectively, and coordinate schedules while delivering detailed status reports to both customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborating closely with technology teams, you will assess project challenges and develop innovative solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Additionally, you will establish mechanisms for monitoring project progress, enabling timely interventions and corrective actions as necessary.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring all team members are informed, engaged, and aligned with project goals.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Be prepared to travel 25-30% of the time to meet with clients, stakeholders and project team sites as necessary.
