Description
Founded in 2000, FAM Brands designs, manufactures, and sells men’s and women’s sportswear and active wear apparel to major retailers, big box stores, and specialty boutiques across the country and throughout the world. Our portfolio of proprietary brands features Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection, while a partial list of licensing partners includes Orvis, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Bauer, and Woolrich. With the capacity to produce over 75 million units per year, our mission continues to be making top-quality apparel accessible to everyone at an impressive value and an irresistible price. That's the FAM Brands difference. Are you passionate about driving organization, process excellence, and innovation? Do you thrive on creating structure in fast-moving, cross-functional environments? The Digital Workforce Innovations (DWI) team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to help manage and operationalize automation, HR technology, and AI transformation initiatives across FAM Brands. In this role, you will serve as the operational driver and right-hand to the Sr. Manager of AI & Process Automation, who oversees the overall DWI strategy and roadmap. You’ll manage project flow, establish governance and cadence, and ensure that initiatives move predictably from intake through delivery. This position touches multiple areas of the business from HRIS and RPA automation to AI initiatives, SharePoint infrastructure, and portfolio operations - providing broad visibility into some of the company’s most transformative efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily and weekly operations for the DWI portfolio, maintaining a single source of truth for project priorities, dependencies, and progress. Support planning cycles (quarterly and annual) to align budgets, resources, and timelines across HRIS, RPA, and AI initiatives. Run key operational rhythms, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly manager meetings, and portfolio health reviews. Develop and maintain the FAM Brands intranet SharePoint site, serving as the hub for company resources, onboarding content, SOPs, and cross-departmental communications. Create and manage dashboards, SOPs, and governance standards to improve transparency and consistency across all projects. Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders to track deliverables, surface risks, and drive accountability. Support communication and education efforts, helping business partners stay informed on AI and process automation initiatives, including internal “AI Champions” enablement and roadmap visibility. Mentor interns and junior resources, fostering growth and operational discipline within the DWI space. Drive process improvement, implementing agile practices and identifying automation opportunities to streamline execution and reporting. Requirements 7+ years of experience in program operations, PMO coordination, or business operations roles in technology or transformation environments. Proficiency with SharePoint (intranet and site management), Asana, Smartsheet, and Miro (or equivalent project and collaboration tools). Strong ability to facilitate planning cycles, build executive dashboards, and manage project cadence. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate across time zones. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, RPA, or HRIS platforms (Workday) is a plus. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are preferred. Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive — capable of managing multiple moving parts with a sense of urgency and precision. A team-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like Portfolio operations and backlog processes established within six months. A modernized FAM Brands intranet SharePoint site fully launched and maintained with consistent updates, documentation, and user engagement. Consistent and transparent dashboards providing leadership visibility into progress, risks, and ROI. Smooth, predictable execution of QBRs and manager meetings with growing cross-functional participation. Documented playbooks and SOPs that enable scalable onboarding and repeatable success. Work Environment & Travel Primarily remote, with periodic travel to FAM Brands locations (including Los Angeles HQ and Arkansas). Expected travel: 2–4 days per month on average, aligning with business needs and key events such as QBRs and planning sessions. Collaboration across time zones; core hours align with Pacific Time for HQ engagement. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of computer work and virtual meetings.
