In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will shape the future of the IT organization. Your leadership will guide the development and maturity of core program and portfolio management practices while fostering an agile approach in the IT team. This role is critical for influencing complex, cross-functional technology programs, ensuring they deliver enterprise-wide impact through collaboration and expertise. \n Accountabilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic enterprise-level IT initiatives. Establish, define, and mature core program and portfolio management practices and governance models. Champion the transition from traditional project-based approaches to an agile and product-oriented model. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor on best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Define and track key success metrics for IT and digital transformation efforts. Serve as the primary escalation point for major risks and issues, providing expert analysis and recommendations. Partner with technology and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and buy-in. Deliver clear communication to executive leadership regarding program progress and outcomes. Champion a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and innovation. Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program/project management in a B2B technology environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs. Deep expertise in developing and implementing program and portfolio management frameworks. Hands-on experience in leading a global organization through agile transformations. Strong technical acumen related to enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud platforms. Certifications such as PgMP, SPC, or CSP are highly advantageous. Ability to influence and lead without direct authority and engage executive stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
