Description SSI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a new Navy contract in Washington DC in late 2026. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee of team of engineers, security professionals, and system admins providing professional support services to a Navy program customer. Provide management level recommendations and supervision of program tasks and scope of work to include: technical data systems development, maintenance planning support, design, development, testing and fielding support for joint technical data integration efforts. Ensure timely completion of technical data packages and other data support deliverables, technical data conversion, and distribution/management of technical data. Oversee the procurement, administration and maintenance of commercial software license agreements Serve as the single point of contact with the government customer for all contract related matters. Ensure timely submission of all project deliverables: scheduling, finance, reports, etc. Review financial, cost control and metric analysis and report findings to the customer in formal meetings. Ensure compliance of personnel to both training and security policies. Requirements Active Secret Clearance required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Experience: 15 years of professional experience in business or program management Experience supporting the PAE (formerly PEO) Martine Integrated Data Environment (IDE) resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions. Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/services: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s degree in engineering or related field Certifications: Project Management (PMP) or DAU Level III Program Management Experience: 20 years of professional experience in business or program management Experience effectively supporting program office leadership team and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as well as the ability to manage Prime and Subcontractor Staff Proven experience identifying support requirements and applying resources in a timely manner to meet preset program milestones SSI is committed to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity.
