A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Neurovascular business is looking for a motivated Senior Program Manager to be part of a high-performing OU Operations team focused on ensuring uninterrupted product flow to our patients while delivering on our gross margin objectives. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate across OU & GOSC and lead strategy and execution for multiple aspects of end-to-end NV value stream. The initial focus will be on stabilizing our supply base by collaborating with GOSC functions and manufacturing sites to determine our supplier risk mitigation, cost reduction strategy and align on the execution plan.
This position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to support the development of solutions that bring value to overall Medtronic while furthering NV short- & long-term objectives. The problems this role will tackle are complex and undefined, requiring consideration of a wide range of strategic inputs and variables that impact multiple areas of the organization .
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of program management experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Suppliers’ risk management of immediate issues impacting supply continuity.
- Develop short- & long-term plan to reduce risk to product availability to our patients.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with GOSC.
- Strategic Alignment management between OUs and GOSC functions.
- Maintain a strong connection with customer needs and support their achievements.
- Business Visibility: Ensure visibility of the business’s current state, including challenges, opportunities, and short & long-term goals.
- Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects directly impacting supply continuity.
- Serve as a liaison between OU and GOSC functions to eliminate any risk to supply continuity (GSC, Demand Planning, Site Planning & Purchasing).
- Stakeholder Communication management between IBP, OU, and GOSC stakeholders.
- Obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
- Take on additional strategic and tactical assignments in other aspects of Value Stream based on evolving OU needs
