Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage program operations in Ontario and Quebec location
- Drive operational efficiency and process optimization
- Ensure successful execution of programs and delivery of high-quality solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program plans
- Manage resources effectively to meet program requirements and customer expectations
- Implement, monitor and drive project schedules to ensure projects are on or ahead of schedule
- Evaluate subcontractor performance
- Manage Project deliverables such as revenue, cost targets, schedules, milestones, estimation.
- Serve as sub-contractor, work coordinator and customer point of contact
- Health, Safety and Statutory Compliance: Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements
- Travel in Canada required with occasional overnight stay
