GENERAL SUMMARY

We are searching for a reliable, detail-orientated Senior Project Engineer (electrical) to join our team. The project engineer’s responsibilities include reviewing all engineering design plans, performing complex calculations, designing electrical systems and their components, collaborating with other engineers, and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience as an project engineer (electrical) and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. Outstanding candidates should possess an analytical mind and be superb problem solvers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate with employees and various business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge of technology (iPads, cellphones etc.)
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Experience with CAD software is desired.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience required along with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Working Hours: Normally, a full-time employee will work 40 hours per week, depending on the factors such as weather and schedules.
