Job Description Leading a team in conducting time and motion studies and balancing operator workloads to align with takt time. Presenting station readiness and line balance plans to steering committees and core launch teams. Conducting throughput and bottleneck analysis to eliminate constraints. Providing direction to Station Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams. Validating PFMEA and process documentation, and leading continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience). At least 1 year of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly.
