JOB OVERVIEW POSITION Quality Engineer Grade: - JOB LOCATION Gujarat & Mumbai REPORTING TO Project Manager POSITION DETAILS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking for a Quality Engineer to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The quality engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures We are seeking Quality Engineer, to join our growing company. In this position, person will be exposed to active participation in product engineering, technical and safety aspects of assigned project to assure the highest level of accuracy, quality, and timely deliverables. Good skill set for understanding of HVAC, and Control fire Security Switch configuration understanding of complex networking schemes needs to be done as a part of this role. Large infrastructure project experience is appreciated. Skillset to work in operational condition will add more value. What You will do How You will do it Developing and implementing quality control systems. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes. Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans, quality trends, statistical plan price estimates and technical quality proposal plans. Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements. Ensure on time processing of non-conforming components. Assist disposition process by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions for product and services. Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance, and corrective action. Verify conformance and productivity of quality engineering system through supplier audits and surveys. Initiate programs to enhance supplier performance. Interact with operation, and engineering team for continual improvement of the product and services. Interact with project and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. WORKING CONDITIONS Onsite PREFERED PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE Degree/Diploma in mechanical/E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering. 2-4 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role. EXPECTED TECHNICAL KNOWLADGE Knowledge of Building Management System, ASME Sec, Pressure Vessel Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION Diploma/BE / B.
