Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (W2)
Location: Whippany, NJ (Onsite)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We’re hiring an experienced engineer to lead mechanical equipment installation projects within a regulated manufacturing environment, such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. This role requires hands-on involvement, strong problem-solving skills, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering focused on mechanical installations
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Willingness to learn SAP, Coupa, and Tungsten
• Experience working with motors, VFDs, and electrical panels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Steel-toed safety shoes required on-site

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Background in food, pharmaceutical, or other process-driven manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with Lean/IL6S tools (5S, Process Mapping, CTQ)
• Experience creating SOPs, OPLs, and training documentation

  Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
