A well-established construction firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead large-scale projects and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
  • OSHA certification and experience in safety management preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $135,851.00 - $142,072.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
  • Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful execution of project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
