We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our MainHub team. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects by coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and enhancing our project management processes. The successful candidate will be a key player in advancing our ability to deliver high-quality features and improvements in line with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving new stakeholder requests and ensure that communications regarding project scheduling and progress are maintained effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consumer platforms to manage expectations and align priorities.
  • Maintain and update the tactical project plan by working closely with the Director of Product and other team members to reflect current priorities and timelines.
  • Work closely with product managers, product owners, UI/UX designers, and the engineering team to ensure coordinated effort and clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Support and mentor project coordinators and other team members to bolster the team’s project management skills.
  • Guide and monitor the project lifecycle from the initial idea phase through design, requirements gathering, and eventual delivery, ensuring accountability and transparency at each stage.
  • Identify and engage with teams, stakeholders, and departments such as Customer Support who may be impacted by a given release, ensuring they are advised and aligned well in advance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the project management lifecycle, focusing on the early stages of idea generation, design, and requirements gathering.
  • Implement best practices for project management that align with organizational goals and enhance team efficiency.
