POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager to oversee and lead complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall, metal stud, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the drywall industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Metal Stud, Drywall, On-Screen Take Off, Quick Bid, and Scheduling is a plus.
