Position: Sr. Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Contractor)
Reports to: Project Management Office Manager
Compensation*: Competitive starting wage: $42.69 - $54.23 commensurate with skills and experience
Employment Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Contract

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience managing projects within a larger initiative. Experience coordinating with multiple project managers and a steering team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years’ experience in all aspects of managing multiple concurrent complex projects.
- 2 years’ experience using Agile project management methodology. Knowledge and experience in successful systems implementations strategies.
- Group facilitation and team building – successful approaches and processes to facilitate, build, and manage high-performing project teams.
- Good organization, time management skills, problem-solving skills and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and lead organization-wide change management efforts related to project implementation.
- Strong experience and skills using Smartsheet and/or Asana to build project schedules.
- Must have proven ability to produce clear, concise reports and recommendations and make presentations.
- Project management skills to create and report on project forecasts.
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Scrum certification preferred.
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
