Develops and manages the department's budget for specific projects and activities. Supervise staff and provides on-going performance feedback and addresses problems; hires, orients and trains employees, verifies competency and identifies and suggests ways to develop skills. Manages relationships with vendors and/or outside consultants. Propose, evaluates, and implements special projects such as new system implementation and business process re-engineering. Directs and coordinates long range planning and evaluating; revises and implements written procedures. Acts as a liaison to other departments for the implementation of new projects. Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, business or a related field. Five years project planning or related experience or a Master's degree with 3 years previous project planning or related experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
