As a Senior Project Manager in our team, you will be the person who guides our customers, as well as our engineers, throughout the implementation of the desired custom solution.

Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple projects and initiatives from kickoff and planning to review and close. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within the budget, and to the required quality specifications.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer project implementation matters, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Contribute to the definition of business and functional requirements (product strategy, roadmap); scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Anticipating and proactively managing project risks, costs, and issues. Escalating issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate project sponsor.
  • Analysis of reporting requirements, workflows, roles, and target personas; with the objective of finding out how analytical & reporting solutions can support their business goals.
