Job Details Job Location: Headquarters - Meriden, KS 66512 ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) with extensive experience in large-scale vertical construction to lead the development of exciting, innovative sports entertainment projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee complex builds that integrate hospitality, entertainment, and commercial facilities. The Sr. PM will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards, while managing diverse teams and stakeholders. ESSTENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead all phases of project execution, from concept and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and turnover. Manage large-scale vertical construction projects from $20M+ Oversee scheduling, budgeting, permitting, procurement, and contract administration. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress. Drive risk management strategies, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges. Manage project reporting, including cost forecasts, change orders, and executive updates. Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Foster strong relationships with owners, investors, and other key stakeholders. Mentor and support the project management team and coordinators. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of experience in project management for large-scale vertical construction projects (hospitality, sports/entertainment, mixed-use, or commercial developments). Proven success in leading projects $20M+ in value. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project), and cost control systems. Deep understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and large-scale construction logistics. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.
