THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. A key part of this role involves direct interaction with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the development process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply Agile principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within a hybrid project management framework to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution—gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks proactively.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:
