OpenText’s global Source to Pay (S2P) team helps maximize value from OpenText’s vendor relationships and ensures our internal stakeholders have the goods and services they need to succeed. This position manages procurement transactions, enforces policies and internal controls, provides support for end-users, and helps to manage vendor relationships. The Procurement Operations team works closely with internal stakeholders, Sourcing, Procurement Contract Management, Benefits, and Accounts Payable as well as other finance functions and IT to ensure a seamless S2P process.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and legal to align fleet strategy with broader organizational goals.
  • Influence policy evolution by building strong relationships and presenting data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist employees in ordering leased cars as part of their benefits package.
  • Coordinate with lease vendors to manage vehicle selection, delivery, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lease and fleet service providers.
  • Review contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles, including lease terms, insurance, maintenance, and usage.
  • Prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Manage the car insurance process including renewals, claims, and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of insurance-related issues.
  • Administer fleet card programs for fuel and maintenance.
  • Monitor usage and reconcile expenses to prevent misuse.
  • Manage vehicles left by former employees, ensuring proper reassignment or disposal.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline fleet operations and implement system enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives to digitize and automate fleet management processes.
