Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. This role requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives, including manual line production and validation projects. Qualifications Requirements: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience. Proven experience managing diverse projects, including production line, validation, and technology implementation initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing or production environments. Familiarity with validation processes and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Additional Information Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
