In this role, you will have a significant impact by guiding multiple customer projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion. Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and align with corporate goals. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Oversee customer relationships and satisfaction during all phases of engagement. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles in a technology organization. Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams. Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills. Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Experience handling escalations at all levels. Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin. Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with creating and maintaining a repeatable project methodology. Understanding of technology related to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred.
