JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring project success within scope, schedule, and budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, contracts, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and emerging industry technologies.

  Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with objectives.
• Manage risks, resolve project challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and quality control measures.
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Optimize construction methodologies and introduce process improvements to enhance efficiency.
