Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outputs, and clear documentation. Develop and manage external partnerships, establishing standardized processes, KPIs, and recurring business reviews. Drive performance of external partners to achieve operational milestones and customer delivery goals. Collaborate across functions, including operations, product, care teams, and technical stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities. Communicate progress, blockers, and escalations clearly to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership. Monitor and analyze performance trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable recommendations. Document issues, decisions, and process changes to support transparency and continuous improvement. 8–10+ years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in order management. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution in dynamic business environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels. Analytical skills to synthesize data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
