We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site. Provide direction to the team, coordinates schedules and workload Perform all project management tasks Day-to-day project management for construction and service projects Coordination with customers, schedule review and design review Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field Review contractor submittals for contract performance Provide aid throughout the acquisition phases of projects including: answering offeror questions, attending/participating in site orientation visits, attending/participating in joint contractor/gov't meetings Draft technical responses to any change orders Prepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 20 years project management work experience on commercial or government constructions projects. Project Management experience on projects over $50M PMP or other project management certificate Must have active Secret Clearance - Required This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
