They oversee the success of multiple larger projects ranging from $6 - $25M+ with high degree of expertise and minimal to zero oversight. They have developed the skill sets to consistently manage a full range of project & client complexities in a way that earns confidence and trust from both the Client and ProjectTeam. The Senior Project Manager proactively looks for areas of opportunity and growth within the business cycle, processes & people, and can figure out how to effectively tap into them.
