We are partnered with a digital asset management firm for a Senior Project Manager / UI/UX Designer. You will play a critical role in managing the delivery of institutional trading dashboards for the web3 institutional platform. Your expertise will bridge project management and design, ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: Lead the development and design of trading dashboards with a focus on UI/UX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on and off-chain data into intuitive interfaces. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives. Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating project progress and challenges. Utilize both design and technical skills to enhance user engagement and functionality. Required Skills: Proven experience in project management within digital asset management environments. 3-5 years of related blockchain, exchange, or brokerage experience. Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Familiarity with dashboard design and decentralized finance (DeFi) products. Proficient in managing data integration from various sources, including on and off-chain. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
