ABOUT THE POSITION

HOLY is growing fast: with bold campaigns, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer basefueling demand across all channels. To keep pace with this momentum, we’re looking for a Senior Promotional Sourcing Manager who will play a key role in creating, sourcing, and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned merchandise and campaign products. In this role, you’ll drive product innovation, build strong supplier partnerships, and establish sourcing frameworks and quality standards that ensure every item reflects HOLY’s brand and customer expectations.

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally with promotional merchandise or consumer goods
• Proven track record in working with global suppliers, contract negotiation, and process implementation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level) for effective collaboration with international and German-speaking suppliers.
