Job Title: Sr. Property Management Analyst Job Description The Sr. Property Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the operations of a global portfolio by collaborating closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance, and Accounting departments. The Analyst acts as a liaison and point of escalation between landlords and franchisees, ensuring site maintenance and property financial issues are resolved efficiently. This role also represents the brand in interactions with municipalities, addressing property-related concerns such as violations and permits. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees regarding property management and lease inquiries. Resolve site maintenance and property financial issues, including rent/CAM reconciliation and collections. Coordinate recurring inspections and maintenance of vacant property portfolios. Facilitate concerns related to property taxes, insurance, and utilities. Work with the Legal department on escalated property operational or financial disputes. Communicate and creatively problem-solve with landlords, franchisees, external vendors, and municipalities. Represent the brand in municipal interactions regarding violations, permits, liens, and other property-related matters. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in Property Management or Lease Administration. Strong financial acumen for rent/CAM reconciliation and collections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using ticketing systems for workflow management. Ability to manage escalations and resolve disputes with landlords and franchisees. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with SAP or lease management software (MRI, Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar). CPM or RPM designation. Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate. Familiarity with municipal compliance (permits, liens, violations). Advanced Excel skills. Legal documentation review and coordination. Insurance and property tax coordination experience. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Cross-functional team collaboration. Work Environment The work environment is on-site, with regular hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The role involves managing over 5,000 properties for iconic brands, offering the opportunity to lead property operations for a large geographic region and collaborate across multiple departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $43.26/hr.
