In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence the delivery of proposals and pricing strategies for diverse defense projects. Coordinate with program managers to ensure compliance and timely submission of proposals. Guide cross-functional teams in creating compelling RFI, RFP responses, and technical documents. Engage with senior management to communicate opportunity-related requirements. Facilitate pre-award planning and execution activities for successful program start-up. Develop and maintain schedules to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Provide coaching and training on proposal development best practices. Requirements U.S. Citizenship required due to export control laws. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of proposal management and pricing experience. Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting processes. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or MS365.
