We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

Rula is seeking an experienced Sr. Provider Compliance Specialist to help us scale our credentialing department while ensuring that our providers meet our required expectations. This person will have a proactive mindset, communicating with our providers important changes to compliance requirements, upcoming renewals, and any adjustments in processes. They will also partner with different cross-functional teams (i.e. sales, clinical operations, provider success, etc.) to drive improvements to credentialing processes that allow providers to practice without administrative burden. We are looking for a team player who is excited to work in a high-growth environment and pitch in where needed to meet individual and team goals.
