About the role As a Sr. Automation QA – Squish with Python, you will make an impact by ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications through robust automated and manual testing practices. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive excellence in software quality. In this role, you will: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing using Squish with Python. Develop test scenarios from specifications, user stories, and project documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Create and manage test data, analyze results, and perform root cause analysis for defects. Lead defect triage calls with internal and client teams, ensuring timely resolution and validation of fixes. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery. Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in QA automation using Squish with Python, including frameworks and libraries (e.g., Pandas, CSV). Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect management using tools like Jira and ALM. Expertise in file verification (text-to-text, XML) and payment systems (FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT). These will help you stand out Experience with domestic fund transfers and interbank settlements through MTS payment systems. Ability to create Jira dashboards and queries for tracking testing progress and defect metrics. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex web application issues. Familiarity with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills to articulate testing progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
