Important Information Experience: +7 years Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about quality and capable of taking ownership of the testing process from start to finish. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently identify issues, create and execute test plans, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in manual testing, with exposure to automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of API and web testing in dynamic environments. Responsibilities and Duties Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure high-quality releases. Proactively identify, document, and communicate issues, advocating for quality improvements rather than relying solely on predefined test lists. Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure product stability and usability. Understand and validate APIs, performing API testing using tools such as Postman (and ideally GraphQL). Participate in release readiness and defect triage activities. Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and testing workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions. Leverage Zephyr for Jira, Jira, Slack, and Google Suite tools for test management and communication. Qualifications and Skills 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on manual testing. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and resolving quality issues. Strong experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test reports. Familiarity with API testing (Postman, GraphQL) and basic understanding of SQL databases. Exposure to automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright and CI tools like CircleCI (nice to have). Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions for version control and automation. Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end web design concepts is a plus. Experience with eCommerce platforms, mobile testing (iOS/Android), or pharmaceutical business domains is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
