This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. QAD Solutions Architect based in United States. This role serves as a senior technical and functional authority for enterprise QAD ERP financial solutions, operating at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and strategic advisory. You will engage directly with executive stakeholders to translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable ERP designs that drive measurable business value. Working across industries such as manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, and industrial sectors, you will play a key role in shaping solution strategy during the sales cycle. The position requires deep financial systems expertise combined with the ability to clearly communicate value to CFO-level audiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment from discovery through implementation. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where technical depth and business acumen directly influence revenue outcomes and long-term customer success. \n Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for QAD ERP financial implementations, focusing on General Ledger, AP/AR, Cost Accounting, Financial Consolidation, Fixed Assets, and multi-entity/multi-currency environments. Act as the primary financial subject matter expert, translating client requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with business and product capabilities. Support pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop proposals, statements of work, and tailored value propositions that address complex enterprise needs. Conduct in-depth assessments of existing financial systems and processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements using QAD and complementary solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to delivery teams post-sale to support successful implementation and adoption. Contribute to reusable assets, including demos, templates, and best practices, to enhance overall team effectiveness. Represent the organization at industry events and continuously stay current with ERP and financial technology trends. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, with strong emphasis on financial systems. Deep expertise in ERP financial modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and multi-entity accounting. Proven experience designing and presenting complex enterprise solutions to executive stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative and advisory approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with QAD Adaptive ERP and related ecosystem tools is a plus. Background in finance, accounting, business, or information systems, with relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) considered an advantage.
