What you will do The Sr. Quality Analyst supports the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program. This role works closely with senior program managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. It is an excellent role for individuals looking to grow into a full program or project management career. How you will do it Support end-to-end delivery of multiple operational from intake to closure. Build and maintain program plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reporting. Track milestones and follow-ups, coordinate stakeholders, leaders, SMEs and ensure actions are closed on time. Track program KPIs and present insights to stakeholders (quality, delivery, compliance, adoption). Build simple, reliable reporting mechanisms (Excel/SharePoint lists/Power BI where available). Identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed improvements. Communicate changes effectively through release notes, announcements, FAQ updates, and training coordination. Support change management & Demonstrated performance as a change agent. Implement monitor and maintain QMS to standards, Regulatory & contractual requirements. Analyze data and provide information for management team to make decisions. Coordinate and conduct periodic internal audit, external audit, etc. Coordinate RCA process and be responsible for non-conforming database maintenance. Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Quality and Continuous Improvement. What we look for Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related field. Overall 4+ years with minimum 4 years’ experience in related field. Knowledge of lean tools and leading continuous improvement activities. Knowledge of ISO9000 quality system & ISO 9001:2015 certified PMP, Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification mandatory, Six Sigma Black belt Certification desirable. Strong documentation skills: ability to write clear SOPs, job aids, and communication updates. Comfort with data tracking and analysis. Strong stakeholder management: follow-ups, meeting facilitation, and structured communication. Good English communication skills. Skills Required Excellent communication, influencing and persuasion skills Teamwork. Self-motivated, good initiative and passion for continuous improvement. Good knowledge about how the organization works and knows how to get things done through both formal and informal channels. Strong functional and technical skills to manage and measure work commercially with an entrepreneurial flair. Demonstrate business knowledge and ability to display the linkage between projects and desired business results/KPIs. Possess an extremely high level of integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
